Project management

Run the projects the operation cannot absorb on its own. Scope, plan, owners, cadence and follow-through until it is done, while the business keeps running.

When it is needed

  • A project keeps slipping because everyone on it also runs the day-to-day.
  • An opening, a refurbishment or a new system has a date but no plan.
  • Suppliers, contractors and staff each hold part of the picture.
  • One person is the only one keeping track.

What we do

  1. Scope it

What is in, what is out, what done looks like, and the budget and date it must meet.

  2. Plan it

Workstreams, owners, dependencies, and the few milestones that matter.

  3. Run the cadence

A weekly review, a short status for the person accountable, and decisions taken when they are due.

  4. Close it properly

Hand over to the operation with the standards, the training and the owners in place.

What you get

  • 01A written scope and plan, signed off by whoever owns the budget.
  • 02One person accountable for moving it forward, every week.
  • 03A short weekly status for the person accountable.
  • 04A clean handover into daily operations.

What it is not

  • Not construction or engineering management. We coordinate the specialists; we do not replace them.
  • Not a project run from a distance. On site when the work needs it.

Where it shows up

Opening a new site or shop, a refurbishment while trading, changing the management or invoicing system, moving offices or a warehouse, adding units to a property portfolio.

How it is bought

Scoped as a Sprint for a defined project, or run under a Retainer when projects follow one another.
